You Could Be Entitled to Compensation
Two on-base water wells were found with toxic chemicals called Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene, Benzene, and Vinyl Chloride.
It is important to know that if you or any family members have been diagnosed with any of the above conditions, you could be entitled to compensation from the Camp Lejeune Recovery Fund. Additionally, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has found that many other diseases and health altering conditions could be linked to the Water Contamination. This means regardless of whether you have been diagnosed with any of the above conditions, you should contact our law office immediately to file a claim. The key criteria involved is whether you and/or your family members resided at the Camp Lejeune U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp in North Carolina between 1953 and 1987 for at least 30 days. This is considered the minimum criteria with which to present a claim.
